Constant free flowing artesian mineral waters (98-106 degrees) cascade over rock waterfalls and have a continual outflow going that keeps them clean so no chemicals are needed. There are 5 private tubs where clothing is optional and 1 open communal tub, clothing required.

It's a peaceful and remote escape nestled far off the highway in southeastern Arizona's Galiuro Mountains. On 49,120 acres of rugged semi-desert grasslands, the preserve straddles the Sonoran and Chihuahuan Deserts. The plant diversity ranges from giant Saguaro cactus to Ponderosa pine forest, and contains miles of intact native fish and riparian habitats. Each unit is fully equipped containing bath, kitchen, furnishings and linens. Natural hot springs exclusively for casita guests, and the McMurray commons can be rented for group use.

After a long day of driving or hiking, the natural hot springs at Roper Lake State Park are inviting and invigorating. Enjoy desert vegetation, an accessible fishing dock, and stunning views of Mount Graham. Roper Lake has 30 lake surface acres, a boat ramp, natural stone hot tub, a swimming beach, a day use island with picnic tables and grills, camping cabins, and campgrounds. Reservations are available for camping cabins and
select campsites.
